Issue with List Collector

There is a variable In catalog item, List collector type. 

While end user raising request he/she selected value form the list, RITM was created selected value is reflected in RITM and it went for approval ,it got approval also created SCTAKS until here No issue.

when assignee/someone click create New SCTASK Button, in RITM the selected value is disappeared and showing all list values. 

 

Could any one help on this.

Person clicked New button sc_task then in RITM selected value is disappeared?

I believe there would be a challenge as this Task is created manually and not via workflow or flow where you usually select the RITM variables which needs to be shown on SC Task form

Is it only doing it on the new task that was created or does it affect the RITM and other tasks as well?
