Issue with merging old servicenow id to new one.

Not applicable

Hi,

I would like to request assistance with merging my old ServiceNow ID with my new one.

Old ServiceNow ID: csecec.1803158@gmail.com
New ServiceNow ID: hrishabh.kumar@newrocket.com

My goal is to merge the old ID into the new ID so that all certifications, credits, and other associated data are transferred to the new account. I attempted to use the Merge ID option but encountered an error during the process.

Below are the steps I followed:

  1. Logged in using my new ID (hrishabh.kumar@newrocket.com).

  2. Navigated to Profile and Settings, then opened the ServiceNow & Credentials tab.

  3. Clicked on the Merge ID button.

  4. Entered my old ID (csecec.1803158@gmail.com) and verified it using the verification code sent to that email address.

  5. Accepted the terms and conditions and clicked OK to proceed.

  6. After completing these steps, I received an error message and the merge was unsuccessful.

Please let me know what are the steps I should follow in order to merge my ids successfully. And is there a way to achieve the same functionality using update id button?
