Issue with Native UI vs Workspace while opening any record on global search

When any record is searched on the global search, the default view or native UI is always displayed, We need to control the view as service operation workspace based on the logged-in user's group when an incident is searched on the global search.
would like to know from where the below choices of are settled.

Hi @Dhiraj Avtade ,

We do not any option to control based on roles.

It completely depends on who has what access to the workspace.

Let's say i have access to SOW, HR agent workscpace,Audit workspace, etc.. i can see all of those options.
