Issue with notification

Notification is getting delayed when status changes, I have checked event queue there are no backlogs and also notification is sent and processed from ServiceNow.

Please assist what else needs to be checked and what could be the issue.

if user is receiving email late then something to check with you mailbox and not within ServiceNow

Is this issue with one type of emails or all emails? Also agree with @Ankur Bawiskar , it can be outlook exchange server issue not SN.

The issue is with only one type of email and with particular user only and user created 3 requests same day and for all requests notification is delayed.
