Issue with PDI Developer Instances

My AppEngine Studio can't connect to the PDI Developer instance. I checked on YouTube, but all the videos are for older versions. Can you help me find a solution....

What's the issue you are facing? can you explain more.

In the tutorial video, they showed the Request PDI Instances option, but my App Engine profile is not showing it. I have attached a screenshot

AES is pre installed in PDI. You open your PDI and search like
