Issue with "ask for approval" in flow designer

I have a flow that creates a sc task to an assignment group and the "Ask for approval" action rule has been set for anyone to approve who is part of the selected group ABC.
The sc task is created with correct fields but the "assignment group" is missing on the task. The group has members an is active group.
what is wrong with the definition. am I missing anything here

2. Sc task with state "requested" and assignment group ABC is created but when I open it shows no approvers. The group ABC has 4 members with itil role
tried with any group, still same issue

I doubt if "Ask for Approval" works for sc_task
Your flow is configured on "Service Catalog" trigger?
Usually we don't have approvals for sc_task records
Did you check in sysapproval_approver table if fresh records got generated or not?

I have an ask for approval in another flow that works fine on sc task.
why ask for approval in this flow on sc task is not providing approvers under the approval task record

It is working fine now. The group name was duplicate.
Another issue now, the approvers show in the group. once approved, the state is not getting closed complete despite my flow updating the sc task to closed complete on approval success
