Issue with "ask for approval" in flow designer

I have a flow that creates a sc task to an assignment group and the "Ask for approval" action rule has been set for anyone to approve who is part of the selected group ABC.

The sc task is created with correct fields but the "assignment group" is missing on the task. The group has members an is active group.

what is wrong with the definition. am I missing anything here

share how are you updating the sc task to close complete on approval?

it worked for me and showed the approvers in related list, but it shows as "No longer required" not sure why
