Can someone please lead me in the correct direction on how REQ flows are triggered within flow designer, currently having issues with our design. I'm creating a workflow that will target the "cmn_cost_center" table within service catalog request. In this work flow it will ask an approval from the cost center manager for the "requested for" user. I cannot use the "sys_user.list" table because we have around 20,000 user accounts with no input for the "cost center" field. How can this be achieved?
*note: I created a service catalog request form that the users picks the field from the cost center table
