Issues with Transfer HR case

When using the Transfer HR case functionality in ServiceNow to transfer HR cases , We are getting to see this below screen. This is coming up after the instance was upgraded to Yokohama version. Please suggest.

Your screenshot is quite faded, but I think it’s the same way to tab the case. You can check the release notes to see if anything else was added and try repairing the HRSD plugin.

So, It's a big circle coming on the screen.
Yes it is coming after the upgrade. We have recently upgraded from Washington to Yokohama. 

Yes, this is showing for all the users.
