Hi Chanikya,
Business rule will run if some insert/update happens from form view, list view or from backend.
So even if somebody changes value from list view business rule will run provided condition if any for that BR matches

Business Rule is not separate for form and list view.
Business Rule are specifically for database operations (whether insert , update ,delete or query). These operations can be done via list view as well as form view and same business rule will behaviour in exactly same way for both of these use case (database op via list view and form view).
