so the scenario: the approver doesn't approve the request, 2 tasks won;t be triggered, but the 3rd one yes

and that 3rd task is conditioned of one of the questions from the catalog item, if yes, it will be triggered, if no, it won't.is it possible to design

I guess yes, try creating the flow so that the 3rd fulfiller task is created independently of the Request approval status. So the approval can block tasks 1 and 2, while task 3 is created regardless of the approval outcome.

yes it's possible but depends on how you are triggering the 1st 2 tasks
