Please help me if anyone has idea on this,
if owned by of a CI is changed then previous owned short name should come in the old column of the audit history Record as you see in below picture the old filed corresponding to owned by is consists of full name as it is i owned by, but I want it to be updated with short name previous owner.
Do let me know even if it's possible to achieve or it is the OOB so we cannot do that.
