Have anyone integrated Servicenow with ITARAS?   Please let know the challeges you have faced and also Im looking for artifacts and documents.

What does ITARAS mean?

Do they provide some API to consume either SOAP/REST based?

Please provide more details on this.

Hi Ankur,

Sorry for late response. It is some custom build tool from TCS. Im not sure what API they have, im just exploring options.
