ITIL-ADMIN AND ITIL ROLES

Hi Team,

Can any one explain about ITIL and ITIL-ADMIN roles.

i have one doubt  if it's itil-admin he can not access the itsm application how he can perform all admin works in itsm modules.

So should a user with itil_admin role (which contains ' sn_cmdb_admin') be able to delete an individual CI? I have tried this in a PDI and don't get the delete option (action on selected rows ; delete is greyed out) either in CI class manager or directly on the cmdb_ci_server table

Thanks Andy, I suspect we have a custom ACL which is blocking the OOTB behaviour
