ITIL member doesn't have ServiceNow Support dashboard access

Hello Expert,

 

ITIL member doesn't have ServiceNow Support dashboard access. As per screenshot , we can see "This dashboard hasn't been shared with anyone". How can resolve this issue

You can check the screenshot error. It's something Acl issue

Hi @Raj,OOTB ServiceNow Performance dashboard is only shared with the admin with view access.
Note:  ACLs are being evaluated for each record displayed in reports.

Why do you want to share this with ITIL users? This is only for admins.
