ITIL member doesn't have ServiceNow Support dashboard access

Hello Expert,

 

ITIL member doesn't have ServiceNow Support dashboard access. As per screenshot , we can see "This dashboard hasn't been shared with anyone". How can resolve this issue

Hi  @Rajveer 
This dashboard is only for admin
still if you want to share it with someone then first share dashboard with that user
and then give read access to the tables which are used in dashboard reports
