@kiran kumar m1 Adding the report_admin role to a user with ITIL or non-admin roles will not create a conflict. The user will simply gain the additional permissions associated with report_admin without affecting their existing roles.

Hi @kiran kumar m1 You can add the report_admin role to a  any user with ITIL or non-admin roles. It will not create any kind of conflict.

Report administrator [report_admin]

Manage, share, publish, and schedule all reports. Access Reports > Administration and manage all report-related objects.

Contains Roles

List of roles contained within the role.

  • report_scheduler
  • analytics_filter_admin
  • report_global
  • report_group
  • gauge_maker
  • viz_admin

Groups

List of groups this role is assigned to by default.

None.

Special considerations

Note: Avoid granting an admin role when more specialized roles are available.

Hi @kiran kumar m1 ,

What do you mean by conflict? Why would you add report_admin to the user? Should the user be able to administrate all reports on your instance?
