ITIL role access and responsibilities for Task table

hi ,

We have table  "x_snc_catering_request"  which is extended from from "task" table.

this table contains  request (from service portal) and assigns to a group "catering support".

but member of this group are not able to see all columns of  "x_snc_catering_request" in form, those columns which are from task table. 
is there any specific role need to be added in "catering support" group  to access task table columns.

Hi Ujjwal,

Can you check group members have an access to the records in the table than check the fields
