ITIL user is not able to edit and save in "incident Pending change" related list of change request

1. Impersonate ITIL user.

2. Go to any existing change request.

3. Go to "incident Pending change" related list.

4. click on edit/new add any incident and save.

Expected result: 1 record should show in "incident Pending change".

Actual result: it is not showing any inserted record.

Hi @namratha 
The 'Incident Pending Change' related list appears to be a custom related list and not an OOB related list. Therefore, check how it's configured on your instance.
