ITIL User is not able to view modules under application navigator

A ITIL User is not able to view modules under application navigator. Navigation pane showing empty.

Can anyone tell me, why this is happening?.

All other ITIL users have no issues with application navigator.

Hello


Please try the following as shown in the above image.


If this does not work then you can try once re adding to the group in which the user belongs or to re add the role then restart the browser to check.

Try below stpes


Do /cache.do   on your instance.


Check the Bookmark for that user if url is very long for any bookmark. delete if any.


Check user preferences for that user of module.

It is still not working.
as you can see Filter navigation bar is missing. Couldn't do cache.do, no bookmarks. cleared browser history, no use.


Can anyone tell me   why filter navigation bar is missing?


append /cache.do after your instance name.. example:



https://YOURINSTANCENAME.service-now.com/cache.do...



If it doesn't get fixed by this also, I suspect it to be a ACL issue.
