ITIL User Not Seeing Data After Table Dictionary Update

Hello,

Current behavior: The list collection is displaying the numbers correctly. 

However, I would like to display the software name instead. I updated the table dictionary to set the Display property to true for the Software Name column. 

However, when I impersonate an ITIL user, no data is returned for them.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Check the Read ACL on the table list collector is getting data from.

ITIL role need to be added to the table level Read ACL.

If the issue has started after changing the display value to name then probably you may also need to provide itil role to table.u_name (field level) Acl

After added an ITIL role on the table level and field level, still no matches found return:

@Erica2 it should work with list collectors, can you show your variable configuration like reference qualifier, table name, attributes etc?
