Itil users cant upload xlsx file when creating a report

Hi,

Im trying to impersonate a user with itil role and create a report from his user. When creating the the report, i choose the Source Type: External Import and then Im trying to upload xlsx file.

Im getting this:

I can see the an import table was created in sys_report_import_table and I check the report_view ACL on this table and gave it itil but im still getting this:

Access to this content denied based on report_view ACLs.

what can i do?

Check any Reference or List fields being used as a filter or even on the report. If the report_view ACL for those doesn't allow itil users for them, then that could be the issue.
