Hi Gurus,

 

I'm looking for High Level Design document for ITSM or CSM. I've searched NowCreate and unable to find one. I'd request someone to help me provide it and I'd be grateful.

What do you mean by high-level design? If you check the workshop deck for ITSM and CSM, you’ll find the high-level design there.
