ITSM Licences

Hello Every one!

My managmnet is looking for ITSM usage in my organization for give access fro change managment process.

I checked in subscription over view, there were 50 licences are available.

How can i check how many users used ITSM licences.

I checked ITIL group, there were 46 members have ITIL role assigned. 
That mean 46 users occcupied ITSM licease and only 4 liceses are left to occupy users?

Please help me,

Where can I find information about how many users have used ITSM licenses?

Hi there,

When licensing concerned I would always involve the account manager. The account manager should be able to provide details, what is in use, how it is calculated, etcetera. It can also depend on your contract, and this can differ for customers.
