In the ServiceNow Mobile Agent, I want to control the visibility of a specific field based on the value of the Configuration Item field. If the Configuration Item field is empty, the other field should be visible; if it is not empty, the other field should be hidden.

Thank you for your response. I’ve already attempted that solution, including trying the mobile UI, but it’s still not working.
I submitted a HI request, but I haven’t received a satisfactory resolution.
