Actually problem statement is when I receive a payload from 3rd party In Json format I want to take the Message IDs from the body The message ID is one of field in email details table for every transaction it will create Unique Id based on message ID if any tickets are associated with that ID If yes I want to Update state close. then Again I have to send payload to them with some attributes So Here how can I access the Tickets based on Mssg ID field in one table the ticket is another table but there is a reference field in both tables.
