Hi @Sirithalluri ,

 

There is a OOB business rule named 'incident autoclose' that closes a resolved incident automatically that

haven't been updated in the specified number of days.

And, the number of days after which the BR closes a resolved incident is set in 'glide.ui.autoclose.time' system property.
