I'm looking for a developer guide to integrate smart vending machine within ServiceNow. Does any know where I can find that documentation.

I haven't seen much in the way of documentation on building an integration for this from scratch; the only working example I've see is from Velocity.

Outside of that, I'd say you'd need to specify that integration points your IVM has; REST API?

Once you know what you can use to integrate, it's then a matter of the specifics of the product you are using.
