Hi Team,

  I am getting the error which is mentioned in the screenshot. I tried to create  a catalog item request via service portal and by clicking add to cart and then i am proceeding to checkout at that point of time i am getting the error as per the mentioned screenshot.

Can anyone please help me why i am getting the error for this catalog item only. Remaining other catalog item i am not facing the issue.

Kindly help me on the same.

You could go with try / catch in cloned widget of CSM Search in server script part and you'll be fine.

Like if that do the trick 😉

Yet to try. So this issue is not related to scripts used in catalog item ? Are you saying issue is related to the widget? But we are getting this error message for only one item.

If using Chrome or Firefox, press the F12 key to and select "Console" tab to find the error message.
