webhook is defined in jira cloud (following https://www.servicenow.com/docs/fr-FR/bundle/xanadu-integrate-applications/page/administer/integrati...)
when I update an issue in jira cloud, nothing happen.
how can I check "Jira cloud" sent correctly data to SN ?
Can data be blocked using IP Address control?
