Afternoon all
Hoping someone may of experienced the same issue and have a solution.
I Have a Jira integration in place using integration hub.
I'm in the process of getting any comments made on the Jira story (created in servicenow) to be passed back across to the ServiceNow story using a copy of the provided Jira sub flow.
I have the webhook in place, I'm having an issue where I create the story in ServiceNow, Jira story creates fine, I then update the comments of the Jira story and it calls the correct sub flow (so triggers look fine in jira) but the sub flow is always returning the same story record.
I can update any story in Jira that has been created via the integration and the sub flow is called but it always returns the same story ref in ServiceNow even though that story isn't in Jira when using look up record.
Any ideas where im going wrong, ive followed the bi directional jira integration for the subflow which was really good but this look up record is baffling me

Hi @CandyDee
It's my understanding you're encountering an issue with the Lookup Record step in the sub flow for updating the ServiceNow incident from Jira. Please ensure that the data types match in both Jira and ServiceNow.
I would also like to suggest that you take a look at our decentralized solution Exalate, for synchronizing all entity types between these two instances.
Exalate is easy to set up and allows you to control exactly which data you want to send and receive.
If you would like to see a customized demo of the product, please let me know and I will be happy to schedule a time that works for you.
Thank you for considering our product. I look forward to the possibility of working with you.
