JIRA ServiceNow Mapping

Hello All,

We have a client who host the JIRA on prem, and we are now trying to do a service mapping for this application. Does anyone have related document or any article? Please do share them or if you have any insight on this service mapping, please do share the same?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Hari

I'm working as a pre-sales engineer with Exalate.

Exalate was designed with exactly these types of use-cases in mind, you could say that it is our "bread and butter".

One of Exalate's features, apart from syncing tickets bi-directionally, is the service mapping integration between snow and jira on prem.

The entity will out-of-the-box be fully bi-directionally syncronized, which means, if a field gets updated on either side, it will automatically update on the other side, you can change this to make it uni-directional if you so please.

Exalate is easy and straightforward to set-up and you can control exactly which data you want to send and/or receive.

If you would like to see a customized demo of the product, please book a slot.

Cheers

Hari58, hi! Did you manage to resolve your problem with the service mapping? I did try to find some docs on the matter. Unfortunately, I end up with general info on the service mapping. I can share what my team uses to connect jira and snow. It's a 3rd party tool, zigiops connector, that they use. It connects the systems bi-directionally and automatically populates the fields.
