Jira Spoke Issue - Comments in JIRA Ticket not showing in ServiceNow Incident

ServiceNow Incident creating JIRA tickets is working fine. 
Created a webhook and a subflow in ServiceNow that should update the incident if there are new comments in the JIRA ticket. Did a test run of the execution and operation results to no errors.

But when we add comments in the JIRA ticket, it does not show in the execution. Am i missing something here? Are there any settings we need to setup in JIRA?
