Jira Spoke Issue Type Missing

Megalithe

I am in the process of setting up the ServiceNow Integration Hub - Jira Spoke. I've authenticated. Now when using the Flow Designer the Jira Project field (& priority) is pulling values from JIRA, BUT the Issue type is not pulling results in the Create Issue Action.

Hi @Megalithe

Sometimes it takes time to load the Issue Type in this action. Please refresh the page and try changing the value of Project Key.

Hello Megalithe,

Then you can try by changing the server_type of connection (IntegrationHub > Connections).

If it is cloud, then change that to server.

Hi

If the Jira project field and priority are pulling values from Jira but the issue type is not pulling results in the create issue action, it may be due to a configuration issue with the Jira Spoke integration. Please check the connection is propoerly configured by navigating to Integration Hub > Spokes > Jira > Connections and checking the status of your connection.

Another route you can take is checking out Exalate, a decentralized integration solution that will make this very straightforward.
