Jira worklog to servicenow Time card integration

Hi All, 

I am currently working on integrating Jira with ServiceNow PPM, and I’m looking for guidance and best practices to achieve the following use case:

Requirement Overview

1. Once a Project is created in ServiceNow, a corresponding Project/Space should be created in Jira.
2. Under that space, the Jira team will:
   • Create Stories
   • Create multiple Sub-tasks under each story
3. When a developer is assigned to a story/sub-task, they will:
   • Log work hours in Jira (Worklogs)
4. These logged hours should:
   • Be integrated back into ServiceNow
   • Automatically create/update Time Card entries under the corresponding Project

I would appreciate any guidance, reference implementations, or best practices from others who have worked on similar integrations.
