I have installed the Journey management and tried to launch the portal on the company's system but the page doesn't reflect correctly.

Hi Thanks for the reply, I have checked everything and finally raised ticket with ServiceNow. I will update here once i have response from ServiceNow

Assume you have probably already solved this by now. Posting for other people that may read this.
Reason for it looking like in first picture is you are probably looking at widget from old Service Portal.
Journeys widget is meant to be viewed in ESC Portal. There you get same result as in second picture.
