Just signed up for a developer account, and been assigned a PDI, then... disappeared

I signed up for a developer account couple of days back, requested a PDI, assigned today, was sent an email with login details. Started working through the builder tutorial, and... couldn't login. Checked the console, about 10 minutes after allocation the instance had disappeared. Any advice?

Hi @cybermaggedon,

It happened with me same. I was not able to see instance also I plugged in for PPM. But later I requested for new instance for Washington. I went for Queue and after sometime I got the same instance with PPM plugin amd whatever the changes I made I got it. Maybe ServiceNow is working on some enhancements for PDI so it is happening. Please wait for while. You'll gwt it.

Hi @cybermaggedon

When you say disappeared ,means not able to open the PDi or in your account it is not linked any more. Just to update there is no PDI support available. and also SN is migrating 8000+ PDI's to new data center and due to this it has been reclaimed.

Please get a new PDI.

I get that it's not supported, I'm largely self-sufficient with tech.  Somewhat surprised that "It's not supported" means that new instances may get allocated to people for an unusable period of time.

I want to get a working integration with ServiceNow, probably willing to spend resources on it, is there a paid service which provides a working solution?  What do other people do when they want more than a few minutes of PDI time?  Is there a commercial development service?
