I got the solution from Servicenow HI that , need to open the m_kb_view page and then and instance with widget (KB Attachments )..then it will appear on the Mobile.
Search for this page "me_kb_view page" in the sp_page.list table and go to the related list on that page and open the existing container and navigate to that container ROWS(again in the related list) and columns(related list) and add a new instance with the existing widget named "Knowledge Attachments" and test it.
