KB article checkout button is now showing

The Checkout button is not showing in the KB article, but it is in other KBs. It is the same user, so it is not related to the role. And have the same ownership group.

The current workflow is published and has no previous versions.

What would be the issue?

Any idea

Hi Abigail,

-> honestly the easiest way would be to just retire this article and create a new one

-> If you really need this article with this specific number/SysId then you need to use a fix script and set the version number for this article

Both share the same information but just one is showing the checkout button

from the first view of the Screenshot i recognize that the article has no version number. I guess this is the reason.
