KB Article form does not have the table sn_compliance_policy available as a related list

The KB Article does not have the table sn_compliance_policy available as a related list even though the pollicy table has a reference field linking to kb_knowledge.

How can I add it to the related lists so that I can see all the policies that link to the KB article.

You might need to create new custom related list

There is an OOTB related list for policy on knowledge article form

Shruti, This is where it gets interesting.  I checked you assertion because it directly conflicts with my experience.  But you know what?  When I tried it in our prod instance, I can do that.  But in my dev & test instances I cannot.  Go figger.  For what it's worth, we're evaluating Yokohama in dev and test.  Our prod instance is still on xanadu.  I wonder if we lose that related list in the upgrade.
Here's what I see in dev/test:
