Hello All! We had a ticket come into our queue requesting us to change KB Article Header's from "Header 4" To "Header 1". Currently in our system, we can easily change the Article Body from Header 1 to Header 2, 3 or 4 etc. because the field is of the type HTML. Our KB Article's Short description field, which currently is used for our KB Article Headers, is "Header 4" and is of type "String". We are thinking about potentially modifying the Short Description field to allow users who are creating/modifying KB Articles to be able to select "Header 1" for the Header of their KB Article. Our team wanted to see if anyone has done this themselves or what the communities opinion of this change is.
