KB article: Implement KB article for my plugin. Plugin is available on SNOW app store [ Scoped app]

Hi Team,

I have a plugin available on ServiceNow store and this plugin is used by 100+ users.

I upload user guide for documenting supported and unsupported items of my plugin.

I want to convert that document to topic wise KB article, so that I can document each article properly.

How can this KB article go with the plugin?  Users using the plugin should not be able to modify the article [ it should be strictly in read only mode] and at my end I should be able to use all the functionalities of the KB article like owner / approver  /workflow and many more functionalities. But these functionalities should be kept hidden from the user using my plugin and that user should only be able to see the published article in read only mode.

 

Can someone help how to achieve this?
