KB articles not searchable on Service Portal search boxes

I am not able to find KB articles from Service Portal home page search box. KB articles have proper 'valid to' dates and proper permissions to be viewed but not showing up in search results on the portal.

If you go to Portals just check in the related list of portal you will see source and knowledge just check if they have any value or not.

What do you mean by related list of portal ? Here I am on the instance.

hello,
I am writing all the steps again with screenshots please follow step by step:-
Step 1 :- Search for Portal in navigation
Then a list of portals will open, you need to open the onw which you are using generally it is shown with a green dot or color
Once you open that record scroll down to the related list
Then in Search sources related list check if knowledge base is present if not, then add knowledge base using the edit button
Then check the knowledge base related list and see if there are knowledge base selected if not add the knwoledge base options to it

I followed this and all is found to be ok. However, there is an attachment to the article that must also show up when I from a search from SP home page.
