Hi,
When I go through Home page and open an article through a process using expand and collapse, the drilldowns are available but when I click on Copy Permalink and open it in another window , the drilldowns , expand and collapse is not present.
3 main categories-> Hello, World, SN..Under this after expansion there are subcategories , this expanded view is not present when permalink url opens up.
Please help.I cannot provide screenshots due to client restrictions.
Thanks,
Harsha

Hi @Harsha Pandey,
I just wanted to ask you for a screenshot 😄 it's not clear to me what drilldowns you're talking about.
Please request a PDI and show us a screenshot from there indicating where is the issue

Hey,
Drilldowns I mean the KB categories and sub categories that shows up when I click on + symbol (expand) and - (collapse).
Like I said there are 3 main categories and after expanding those the subcategories comes and we select any of the articles from there and open it. Now when we click on Copy Permalink , the left handside KB categories and subcategories view goes missing , it should be same like in Homepage, the expanded and collapsed categories.
The portal is customized , the application is customized, so I will not be able to replicate it.
Thanks,
Harsha
