KB Tagging Report: Knowledge Attached vs Not Attached Percentage Graph

I am trying to create a dashboard report that shows the percentage of incidents with a Knowledge Article attached versus incidents without a Knowledge Article attached in a single combined graph (monthly trend).

My objective is to display:

  • Total incidents created per month
  • Percentage of incidents with KB attached
  • Percentage of incidents without KB attached

Hi @sushilbagad

Refer:

Report for Incidents Created and Resolved in a month

Attached KB Article on Incident Report

A list report of incidents w/o a Knowledge Article attached to them?

Need to Get List of Incident without KB attached in the Related List

Thank you for sharing the references. I reviewed them, but my requirement is slightly different.

I have already created a Database View between Incident and KB tables to identify KB-tagged incidents. My challenge is displaying both KB-attached and KB-not-attached percentages in a single visualization using Reporting or Platform Analytics.

Has anyone implemented a similar dashboard? If so, could you please share the approach or report configuration used?

Thanks in advance.
