Hi Team,
KM: Article Expiry Warning notification not triggering.
I have Insert and stay on OOTB notification, Just I have added Condition saying Knowledge base contains my knowledge base and Active is True and I have created new Email Template, I have did this in Customer Service Application. Remaining everything is same as OOTB, But notification is not triggering.
OOTB Notification I have inactivated.
For Testing purpose I have changed the condition to OnDemand "Notification for Article Expiry Warning" for scheduled Job, and Executed, However for New Notification It is not working,
For Same thing I have done in OOTB, It is working fine and emails are triggering.

Hello @Gopal14
You will need to check how the OOTB scheduled job works does it pass condition set on it if yes then what script include is called then what functions are called does it return any such articles if yes then see how many record counts are coming up then when a notification is triggered it might be event is it properly configured over your new notification?
See the email triggered are sent to active users as for inactive user email are not sent.
If my response has helped you hit helpful button and if your concern is solved do mark my response as correct.
Thanks & Regards
Viraj Hudlikar.

Hi @Gopal14
Based on your statement, it seems like a minor issue. Did you check if any flow or job is associated with the OOTB notification that triggers when the flow or job is executed? This could be the reason, and you may need to modify some additional configurations.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
