hi All,
I have a requirement where the i need to download the knowledge article attachment instead of taking user to the backend article form
I have created a dashboard with article details so users can see the articles they want to use
If they click on any of the article it should download rather than taking them to the article backend view
Suggest any idea to implement this requirement
