Knowledge article not showing up in incident contextul search.

Hi folks,

Few articles are not available to attach in Incident.

the article is in published state, user has all the access to article, user is able to search that record in KB homepage but same article is not available if the user is searching in incident short description.

How to resolve this ?

Logically it should show. Possible to publish it again?

tried this already. fun part is it's working in lower instances.

it has to be a HI case i guess.
