Knowledge article portal page not loading properly

Hi I have a portal page for knowledge articles but I am facing an issue there. I have 3 custom widgets recently created, most useful and most viewed. Sometimes when the page is loaded the names of the articles are not shown, all other information like view count etc. is visible. It is happening randomly sometimes everything is visible and sometimes names are not visible. My instance is on Santiago release. Has anyone faced similar issue?

Hello @T_6 

In such situation I usually start with browser logs and see if any errors show up.

But for this, you need to have the developer tools in ou browser opened, and focus it on the console section.

Now when the form loads, see if any error pops up or not.
