Hi Team,
If the user does not have access to the Knowledge Base of the viewed article, the system should automatically display articles from other Knowledge Bases the user does have access to—instead of showing an empty page or a ‘security constraints removed’ message.
Please suggest solution to my query.

Are you referring to the agent or the end user? If it’s the end user, they will never see the security message. If it’s the agent, then if the agent doesn’t have access to the KB while searching, it will not show. Are you trying this in List View
